During the Build – Anything within our skill set to help. Small projects and repairs – Garage steps, lock out, repairing damage from leaks.
Pre-Sale Inspection – When your project is almost complete, we do a walk thru where we blue tape defects and make a punch list for your subcontractors.
Customer Orientation – This is the most important piece of the program. We walk the house with your customer doing a home orientation while allowing them to blue tape any imperfections they find. We make it clear to the new homeowner at this time that this is their chance to find defects and any future defects will be assumed to have been caused by the homeowner.
Blue Tape Repairs – We give our level of detail and attention to any blue tape items the homeowners requested at the orientation. We do the work, saving you time and most importantly, finishing your list.
Home Inspection Report – Because they get paid to find something.
Warranty Requests – Use us however you need to, we adapt to your system. Simply send us your warranty list. We handle the scheduling and send you detailed reports.
